2. David Villa – New York City FC

The Spaniard finished second in scoring last year with 23. He’s deposited 41 goals in 63 games and that’s good for a 0.65 goals per game ratio. With Villa NYCFC are always still within reach of a win.

The loss of Frank Lampard in the middle might hamper him. But with Andrea Pirlo, and new DP Maxi Moralez, Villa should still have his fair share of chances.  The Spanish goalscorer will do just that and score 22 goals this season.
