 4. Diego Valeri

Valeri is one of the most exciting MLS players after moving from Lanus in Argentina to the Portland Timbers in 2013.  A gifted play maker who makes the players around him better and has the skill to back it up.

The Argentine midfielder has scored 39 goals and 46 assists including playoffs. Most noteworthy is the MLS Cup trophy in 2015, as well as the MVP award from that year’s Cup. Moreover, Valeri is a fan favorite in Portland, and the feeling is mutual.
