1. Robbie Keane

When Keane joined the Galaxy back in 2010 he was overshadowed by David Beckham and Landon Donovan.  In his first season he helped lead the Galaxy to the MLS Cup and took the MLS by storm from then on. The Galaxy made it back-to-back championships, with Keane scoring 16 goals during the season and six more in the playoffs.

The next two seasons Robbie scored 39 times and earned MLS Cup MVP honors in 2014.  He was lethal in front of goal and led his team into battle more admirably than anyone ever could.  More than anyone he has proven to be the best DP in league history – goals, leadership and titles.
