#6 – FC Dallas

Matches Played: 690

Wins: 292

Percentage: 42.3%

No active MLS franchise has done so much without earning the ultimate credit. With 292 wins, FC Dallas has won over 42% of their MLS matches. Throughout their history the club has been the example of consistently strong regular seasons, but lacking the final push for titles. The club has made the playoffs 14 times, but only made it to the Conference Finals stage four of those.

Their one and only MLS Cup Final came in 2010, losing 2-1 to the Colorado Rapids. However, the past two years the club has been the class of the league, winning the Western Conference both years and the Supporters’ Shield in 2016. Averaging 16 wins the last three seasons, the team clearly knows how to win leagues matches. Walking away without an MLS Cup during that time will be frustrating to fans, but the squad and young talent is still there for another run in 2017.
