The American international playing in Canada emerged this season as one of the premier attacking fullbacks in the league. He put up five goals and five assists, racking up as many points in 2016 as he did in the last three seasons combined. Worth noting is that he scored more points than anyone on the Vancouver Whitecaps not named Pedro Morales (who got six goals from the penalty spot), from the leftback position.
