The MLS Multiplex team takes a look at which MLS team committed the most fouls throughout the regular season.

Now that the 2016 MLS season has officially ended with the Sounders being named MLS Cup Champions, it is time to take a look at 10 teams that committed the most fouls during the regular season.

#10- New England Revolution

The New England Revolution weren’t able to make the final push past into the 2016 MLS Cup playoffs but they finished the regular season with 426 fouls committed, which is good for the 10th most in the MLS. They finished 9th overall, though, in the MLS official disciplinary points, with 605.

The highlight of New England’s disciplinary this season was the red card given to goalkeeper Brad Knighton for taking down David Accam after being dispossessed of the ball. You can watch the red card here.
