The Earthquake defense struggled to clear this one out of the area and the ball fell kindly for Glad. His shot hit the post and then went off the back of David Bingham.

Alashe’s header just crept into the back of the net as Nick Rimando tipped it into his own net after a valiant effort to keep it out. Shea Salinas had the assist.
