still a team that has their flaws. Though Drogba picked up a hat-trick against Philadelphia on July 23rd, he has been much less effective as he was last year for the Impact. Plus, his inability to play of turf fields leaves the team empty handed when traveling to places like Portland or Seattle-places that are hard to travel to in the first place.

Montreal will make it to the playoffs, though, and that will be because of Ignacio Piatti. With 12 goals, the 31-year-old has already scored more goals that he did all last season and is creating chances for his teammates left and right. His ability to control the game and occupy opponents’ midfield will be what pushes Montreal, even though they are currently in 4th, to a 5th place finish in the Eastern Conference.
