Miss any of the goals scored in the MLS this weekend? Here’s all 20 goals scored in week one.

The opening weekend of the MLS season saw a total of 20 goals scored in 12 matches. Both expansion clubs netted their first goals in the league and two Portland Timber’s players netted braces. Here’s a look at every goal scored in week one.

Portland vs. Minnesota

Goal: Lawrence Olum (14th minute)

The first goal of the 2017 MLS season wasn’t the prettiest of goals, as Olum tucks it in off the corner kick.

Goal: Diego Valeri (47th minute)

Sebastian Blanco serves a perfect ball into the box that is headed home by Valeri for what should be the first of many this season for the Argentine.

Goal: Christian Ramirez (79th minute)

The leading scorer last season for Minnesota in the NASL was Ramirez, he opens up his Maajor League Soccer account with this fantastic finish from just outside the 18. Is this going to be a breakout season for Ramirez?

Goal: Diego Valeri (82nd Minute)

Valeri records a second half brace from the penalty spot, as the Timbers received a much needed insurance goal late in the match.

Goal: Fernando Adi (91st minute)

Cool and composed was Adi when he netted his first of two in stoppage time, the Nigerian is off to a great start in 2017.

Goal: Fernando Adi (93rd Minute)

Adi completes the second half rout and nets a brace for the TImbers with another cool and composed finish.
