Giuliano de Paula

Giuliano is arguably the best player in the Russian Premier Liga. He currently plays as a number ten for Zenit St. Petersburg and he has eight goals and seven assists to his name in the 27 Premier Liga appearances he has made this season so far. The Brazilian has made his name known this year in the Europa Leauge as well. In only eight appearances, he has scored eight goals and assisted six times. That is 89 minutes per goal, an incredible statistic.

Guiliano is only 26 years old and the young Brazilian definitely has what it takes to make it in the MLS. He has already shown his ability to move countries and adapt well to the culture. He started playing at home in Brazil but made the move the Russia to start this season. His transfer fee is quite a hefty one for MLS standards, around $9 million, but ability in close quarters and finishing would definitely be worth it. As long as he had a strong striker to support him going forward, Guiliano would light up the MLS with his play.
